Soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and refinement in oak barrels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Grape variety<br \/>\n<\/strong>Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s6\">Color<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"s6\">Rosso<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"s6\">rubino<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5 translation-block\"><strong>Hints<\/strong><br>\nA wine with a strong character where notes of fresh cherry, red currant and raspberry emerge, accompanied by light spicy notes of white pepper. In the mouth it is dry with a <span class=\"s7\">tannic<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">texture that is<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">subtle<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">and<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">well<\/span> <span class=\"s16\">integrated.<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">The acidic push<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">makes<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">it<\/span> <span class=\"s16\">particularly<\/span> <span class=\"s16\">smooth,<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">while<\/span> <span class=\"s16\">the savoury finish gives depth and character.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6 translation-block\"><strong>Aging<\/strong><br>\nThe grapes are delicately destemmed<span class=\"s22\">,<\/span> then the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned steel containers <span class=\"s24\">.
