The soft vinification and partial maceration give it its particular copper color. The low-temperature fermentation brings delicate fruity notes to the bouquet, whose aroma enhances the taste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Grape variety<\/strong><br \/>\nPinot Grigio\u00a0<span class=\"s3\">BIO<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Color<\/strong><br \/>\ngolden yellow<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>Sensations<\/strong><br \/>\nIt reveals itself to the nose with an intense and clear aroma on which, alongside notes of white-fleshed peach and pear, elegant floral scents are grafted. In the mouth, the gustatory impact is dry and endowed with an enveloping and savoury structure that contributes to designing a wine with great personality and versatility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong>Winemaking<\/strong><br \/>\nafter a delicate destemming and pressing<span class=\"s13\">,\u00a0<\/span>alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, in thermo-conditioned stainless steel containers. Bottling and a period of refinement in the bottle follow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food pairings<\/strong><br \/>\nIdeal for fish and white meat.
