Brut rosé sparkling wine, Charmat method, obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes.
Elegant perlage, scent of red fruits that intertwines with hints of citrus, leaving a fresh and balanced flavor on the palate.

Hints
small red fruits on the nose, dry and tense on the palate with a creamy bubble that reveals its elegance and the long stay on the yeasts. The shade is obtained through a short maceration of the Pinot Noir skins.
Winemaking
a hand harvest is carried out in small crates; followed by soft pressing of the whole Pinot Noir grapes. The winemaking takes place 100% in steel. The following spring it is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts. Manual remuage is performed and after a stay on the yeasts for at least 48 months, disgorgement occurs with the addition of the liqueur d’ expedition.
Food pairings
Indispensable for the aperitif, it goes well with risotto, fish and shellfish.
