From the cultivation of red grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, typical of Bardolino, this soft wine is born. Soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and refinement in oak barrels.

Scents
A wine with a strong character where notes of fresh cherry, redcurrant and raspberry emerge, accompanied by light spicy notes of white pepper. In the mouth it is dry with a thin and well-integrated tannic texture. The acidic push makes it particularly smooth, while the savory finish gives depth and character.

Aging
The grapes are delicately destemmed, then alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned steel containers. 6 months of refinement in steel follow and then it matures for at least another 6 months in the bottle.
