2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All product information on the site (images, descriptions, technical specifications, availability, etc.) is purely indicative and non-binding.
Products offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product specifications or remove them from the site at any time.

3. PRICES

The prices shown on the site are expressed in Euros, VAT included, and do not include any shipping or packaging costs, which will be calculated and displayed in the cart before confirming the order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the prices applied will be those published at the time of order confirmation.

4. ORDERS

Orders may only be placed by adults. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary. We reserve the right to refuse incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly filled out orders.

5. PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods are listed on the website during the purchase process. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the order will not be considered valid.

6. SHIPMENTS

We ship to all countries listed on the cart and checkout pages via courier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order process. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days from payment confirmation, except in cases of force majeure (for longer destinations, delivery times may be up to 7 business days). We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or exceptional events.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication via email or certified email.
Returns are the customer's responsibility and the products must be returned intact, unopened and undamaged.
We will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Attention: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or perishable products.

8. DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If the products are damaged or different from those ordered upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours by email, attaching photos of the damage. We will replace the product or refund the amount, subject to inspection.

9. PRIVACY

The personal data collected is processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The sales contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Verona, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
