Our vineyards enjoy the caress of the sun from early morning which embraces them and accompanies them until dusk.
During the hot summer days, a light breeze rises from the lake to regulate the humidity of the soil and prevent root rot.
In the evening it is the air that descends from Monte Baldo, which is behind us, that refreshes the nights and lulls us to sleep.
In a place like this, where beauty is not an integral part of the territory, but the territory itself is a true gift of nature, one could not help but choose to respect the land.
And so the choice towards organic cultivation seemed to us to be the only way forward.
Little by little, not only the vineyards, but everything around them has accepted the commitment to transformation.
New flowers have appeared between the rows, which in turn have attracted new insects: bees, butterflies, ladybugs, praying mantises, crickets and many others, populate the countryside and all of this, taken together, working in symbiosis has led to the current result.
And nature thanks you, we then add the particular microclimate of Lake Garda, the optimal exposure of the land from East to West, and so the land gives fruits from which extraordinary wines are obtained for intensity and taste.
Century-old olive trees surround the estate, where vine-growing, “terroir” and man yield wines that blend modernity with tradition.
Our commitment is to maintain and improve all of this.
The opening of the Colombo winery store is an opportunity to taste our wines while sharing our passion and the joy of an enchanting landscape.
