This is Vini Colombo’s prestigious creation, the result of its in-depth knowledge of the local area, designed to bring out the best in its rosé wine.

Grape variety
A rosé wine infused with 24 medicinal herbs.

Main medicinal botanicals
Achillea, Assenzio maggiore, Centaurea, Coriandolo, Genziana, Noce moscata, Salvia.

Winemaking
The selected herbs are harvested fresh at the height of their flowering, washed with spring water and added to the rosé wine; this is followed by a slow and prolonged infusion in the wine until the desired medicinal intensity and persistence are achieved. The wine is then racked off the spent herbs, which are in turn pressed to recover the wine residue absorbed by the plant material. Careful checks allow us to determine the exact amount of sugar required to soften the bitterness; at this point, Colombo Rosé Vermouth is ready to seduce connoisseurs with refined palates.

Ideal for chocolate, biscuits, finger food, tapas and mixology.

Serving temperature
We recommend sipping it neat at room temperature, when Vermut Rosé Colombo reaches its full aromatic intensity, or ‘on the rocks’ to appreciate its multifaceted botanical notes.
